Community news sheet 4 on community upgrading, from November 2006

These are Tom's field visit notes from a visit to two provincial cities in Cambodia - Kampong Thom and Siem Reap - with the UPDF team, in October 2006.

This is a report by Andrea Hagn, from the German funding agency MISEREOR, about her first visit to Cambodia in July 2006.

This poster-sized brochure was produced in English and Khmer versions, to let people know what had been happening with the "100 community upgrading" program being supported by UPDF and the Municipality of Phnom Penh, a year after it was launched. The brochure was published in May 2004. .

This first news sheet was prepared (in both English and Khmer versions) to spread around news of the community savings movement in Phnom Penh.
